Jimmy Dean

Is Jimmy Dean sausage gluten free? Honestly, it’s unclear. Why is it on this list, then? Multiple websites use this phrase when talking about Jimmy Dean sausage: “gluten-free, all-natural pork sausage.”

Even Jimmy Dean’s own meta description shows that the fully-cooked sausage patties are gluten free.

Is Jimmy Dean sausage gluten free?
Is Jimmy Dean sausage actually gluten free?

However, Jimmy Dean doesn’t advertise that they have gluten-free products. I can’t find the term “gluten free” anywhere on their site.

We sent an email asking for a product list and more info on how the company avoids cross-contamination (if they even are GF). We’ll update this article when we find out more. In the meantime, we’ll leave off the “where to buy” info because we’re not sure you should be buying it.
